This website is operated by Creative Creatures LLC, doing business as Goat Street Goods. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Creative Creatures LLC and Goat Street Goods.
Goat Street Goods offers this website, including all information, content, features, tools, products, and services available through the site (collectively, the “Services”), conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and all other policies referenced on the site.
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services to you.
By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this website. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Goat Street Goods may offer both physical products and digital products.
Physical products may include apparel, hats, limited merchandise, and other branded goods.
Digital products may include downloadable games, courses, scorecards, rules, guides, PDF files, ZIP files, and other digital content offered by Goat Street Goods or Goat Street Sports Federation.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display our products. Colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, display settings, printing equipment, paper, materials, or other factors outside our control.
Product descriptions, prices, availability, and offerings may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, or limit sales to particular persons, geographic regions, or jurisdictions where permitted by law.
3. Orders, Pricing and Payment
We reserve the right to accept, refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, product availability, payment issues, or suspected unauthorized resale.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will provide an appropriate refund for the canceled portion of the order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.
Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. A price change does not affect an order that has already been accepted except where necessary to correct an obvious error or as otherwise permitted by law.
4. Physical Products
Physical-product orders are subject to the shipping, return, exchange, and refund terms published on our website.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.
Returns and exchanges of eligible physical products are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Digital Products and Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped when an order contains only digital products.
Access to a digital product is generally provided after successful purchase and payment approval through the delivery method identified during or following checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and for maintaining the devices, software, internet access, printing equipment, and other technology reasonably necessary to access or use purchased files.
If you experience a legitimate problem accessing a purchased digital product, contact us at goatstreetgoods@gmail.comand include your order number.
Digital-product refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Digital Product License
Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, purchasing a Goat Street Goods or Goat Street Sports Federation digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.
You may download and print purchased files for your own personal use.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to you.
You may not, without our prior written permission:
- Share or distribute the digital files to others;
- Email, transfer, upload, post, or otherwise make the files available to others;
- Sell, resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially distribute the files or printed copies;
- Reproduce copies for distribution to other individuals, groups, businesses, organizations, or customers;
- Modify, extract, reproduce, or repurpose substantial portions of the files for resale or commercial distribution;
- Remove or alter copyright, trademark, branding, or other proprietary notices; or
- Claim the product, artwork, game system, written material, or other protected content as your own.
The purchase of a digital product is a license to use that product under these Terms, not a transfer or sale of our intellectual-property rights.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its content—including text, graphics, artwork, logos, product designs, game materials, downloadable files, photographs, videos, branding, and other original materials—are owned by or licensed to Creative Creatures LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Goat Street Goods and Goat Street Sports Federation, along with associated branding and original materials, may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or ownership.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of our intellectual property or permission to use it except as expressly provided.
8. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Physical and digital products may have different return and refund eligibility.
Products identified as Final Sale are subject to the restrictions disclosed at the time of purchase and in our Return & Refund Policy, except where otherwise required by law.
